He had  1 daughter, Maritsa.  Nikolaos worked as a “Tinkerer” – work involving mending household utensils such as pots & pans.  Nikolaos helped to fund his brother’s (Vasilios) education in Samos for which Vasilios (my father’s father / my grandfather) was very grateful.  My father remembered that Nikolaos had a missing arm, hand or finger due to his work occupation.  Additionally, he knew that Nikolaos spent is late years in a nursing facility in Athens.163
